If your item does not fit as desired or is not what you expected, please contact us at romeiona3@gmail.com and someone will get back to you regarding return or exchange.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Refunds will be applied upon receipt your returned item(s) and the exchanged item(s) will be mailed out once we receive your original item(s).
Customized items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
All hats are made to order. Your hat will be delivered no later than 2 - 3 weeks after ordered, possibly sooner. Shipment tracking details will be sent via email once the hat completed and heading your way.
